I take great care in creating each pet portrait, greeting card, framed print, and digital product, and I want you to love your order! Please review the return policy below for each product type.

Pet Portraits

Each pet portrait is custom-made, so I only accept returns for damaged or defective products.

  • Notify me within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing [your email] with a description and photos of the issue.

  • Ship the item back within 30 days once your return request is approved.

Once I receive the returned item, I will issue a replacement or refund. Shipping costs for approved returns may be covered on a case-by-case basis.

Greeting Cards & Framed Prints

Greeting cards and framed prints are printed and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand company.

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

  • If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Digital Products
